We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items if we are contacted within 30 days of delivery.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and proper repackaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When shipping items back to us, always include your order number in the package so we can properly process your return. Returns are processed within 30 days of receipt.
All in stock items take 1-3 business days for processing and shipment.
Processing time for custom orders is up to 2 weeks, but most ship within 3 business days. Please leave us a note in your order if you have a specific deadline, or send us a message and we will do our best to meet your deadline!
